You can request technology-related assistance by visiting our ServiceDesk portal. At the portal, you can submit a helpdesk ticket. A ticket can also be submitted by email (by emailing servicedesk@xgsi.com) or you can contact us by chat.

You can also search our knowledge base, which has an extensive library of XGS service- and technology-related articles with answers to many of the most common problems.

Please note that we only give support on IT services and hardware associated with XGS. We are unable to assist with issues related to private hardware or services not provided by XGS.

Please provide as much information as possible when you contact us and use your XGS e-mail address for a smoother ticket processing.
